Accessing & Saving Your Loan History
Instructions for patrons
- Go to jdcpl.us & click on “My Account”
- Enter your library card number and PIN (last 4 digits of card number)
- Once logged in, look for a link in the top right of the screen that says “Your Name’s Account” Example: John’s Account.
- From this screen click on “Account Activity”
- On the left side menu, you should see a link that says “Loan History”
- From here, you have the ability to print or download your Loan History. (see Print Loan History link on the right side of screen.)
- You should be able to save your Loan History as a PDF if you want to download rather than Print.
NOTE: If you do not see any items in your Loan History, it may be that this feature has not been enabled on your account.
