Our libraries offer meeting room space for your events and meetings. These spaces must be booked in advance and users must follow the guidelines outlined in the meeting room policies.

- Choose & book your room.
- You will receive a confirmation email for submitting the request. You will also receive a confirmation when your room request has been approved.
(Final fee may not be reflected in confirmation email. (Hickory & Cherry meeting rooms have a higher rate when used for more than 4 hours))- Pay Online (Fees required from For-Profit Groups, Businesses, & Private Usage) No fees for Non-Profits or Govt. Entities. (Up to 12 uses per calendar year)

Thyen-Clark Cultural Center/Jasper Community Arts
The arts wing of the Thyen-Clark Cultural Center provides a unique, flexible setting for events and activities including wedding receptions, banquets, art classes, meetings, conferences, lectures, small concerts, movie showings, and much more. Rentable spaces include a large atrium with kitchen and bar access, a black box theater, workshop rooms, private studios, and art galleries. Booking one or more spaces may be done by calling the Event Coordinator at 812-482-3070 or by emailing [email protected].
