Birdseye Public Library is celebrating the end of summer reading by having Non and Pop Balloons come to Birdseye Town Park. Non and Pop Balloons takes balloon twisting and turns it into an art form! They can twist balloons into almost anything, from a cute animal to a flower bouquet! Fun for all ages. During the event, there will also be a pizza party with snacks and drinks provided. You may arrive at any point during the event’s time frame to participate.
