Thursday, February 13, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. (EXECUTIVE SESSION)
The Dubois County Contractual Library Board and the Jasper Public Library Board will meet in a joint Executive Session at 100 Third Avenue, Suite B, Jasper, Indiana, in accordance with:
I. C. 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b) (6)
With respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction:
(A) To receive information concerning the individual’s alleged misconduct; and
(B) To discuss, before a determination, the individual’s status as an employee.
The Dubois County Contractual Board will meet immediately following the executive session, but no earlier than 4:15 pm on Thursday, February 13. The Jasper Library Board will meet immediately following, but no earlier than 4:30 PM.
Meetings will be held at the Jasper Public Library, 100 3rd Ave, Suite B, Jasper, IN 47546 in the Cherry Meeting Room.
