Teens & Adults – Stop by between 4-6PM and learn how to make a ‘Hair Tye Bracelet’ out of little hair ties. Of course, it can also be used as a Hair Tye! When you learn how to do it – just think of the color combinations you could do when you leave the library for your friends, family and for special occasions & events. *Registration preferred.
