Traveling Artist: Aztec Masks

October 19 @ 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Free

Calling all elementary school age kids!
We will be learning about types of art from different cultures around the world. Then we will be making similar-themed crafts of our very own!
In this thrilling Enrichment Program, learners take creative thinking and cultural awareness head-on as they examine the STEAM processes that make art possible.

This month, we will be learning about Aztec art and the masks they used during ceremonies. These masks were often decorated with colorful stones that were sacred to the Aztec empire. We will be making our own mosaic masks inspired by the Aztecs!

Please register. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult, please.

Tickets will be available on October 3, 2022
