KidSpark STEM Fundamentals: Engineering Basics

October 7 @ 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every week that begins at 3:30 pm on Thursday, repeating until October 14, 2021

Free

Kids in grades 2-5 are invited to join our engineering team
as we learn to design and build with our ROK Block Mobile STEM Lab!
We will begin with basic engineering concepts, measuring tools, and simple
designs, then move on to building structures such as bridges and gear trains,
all while completing design challenges and learning to work as a team.

Registration is required.
This is an ongoing class that builds upon each previous lesson,
so participants will be expected to come every week. Please let us know
ahead of time if there are days that you may not be able to come.
This event runs each Thursday from September 2 to October 14.
