Join with other genealogists for a webinar program on Using MyHeritage DNA testing to assist in your family research. This program is presented by Melanie McComb, senior genealogist for American Ancestor. This class will briefly explain the different types of DNA (autosomal, Y-DNA and mtDNA) and provide helpful tips for analyzing your DNA matches to identify your strongest matches to help you go back to your immigrant ancestor. Attendees can share examples of how their own DNA tests helped them or what they are still hoping to discover.
Two class times will be offered to accomodate those who can only attend in the day or evening. 2:00 or 6:00.
