The Dubois County Health Department will be offering a flu clinic for individuals on Thursday, October 15th from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. You must have your ID and insurance cards with you at the clinic. Registration is required before the event by calling the library at 812-389-1030 on Tuesday or Thursday afternoons. Please be sure to wear your mask.
Forms are available at the library or can be printed ahead of time.
Daily walk-in flu shots are also now available for all ages at the Health Department. Flu shot hours are 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
